Cali Here We Come!

californiaWell here’s the deal: the thought of moving from one side of the country to another terrifies me; however, in the spirit of pursuing my dream career and in fairness of giving Buzz a chance at his (movie directing) school #6 will be in California. The only caveot to this statement is if there is a way for me to afford life in Buffalo, NY as well as get a PhD in psychology while working with their communications department on their biometrics program – this is next to an impossible desire; however, a little research in to the possibility will yield a more definitive answer. Buffalo will be freezing but Buzz is a New Yorker and would welcome a trip back to his “territory”, California will be a terrifying cross country trip more than likely to Riverside (not that far from LA as I understand) and a huge change for us all but possibly a bright new future for us all as well. Regardless of where we choose to relocate for my graduate career we will more than likely sell everything we own and make the trek on bare essentials – terrifying yet freeing at the same time.

By Sunday I will have an answer, this is my self imposed deadline for school #6 and what a relief will come with that decision.

For your “welcome to grad school” gift, I’ll give you an inflatable raft so you and Buzz and Jet can paddle back to the new shoreline when Cali falls off into the ocean. 🙂

I think this is a terrific 6th choice.

You are the best friend a girl could ask for and I really appreciate the raft because I have a sneaking suspicion that Cali is headed that way too lol
