Since we moved in to this house about four years ago I cannot say that we have had one thorough deep clean of the house. Don’t get me wrong, I have cleaned but I’m talking wash down the skirting boards, wipe off the door frames and the top of the doors as well as the usual vacuum and polish duties. I woke up intending on getting the whole house done but come five o’clock I had finished the stairs and the upstairs and I made the mistake of sitting down for dinner. Now as I sit downstairs on my chair in the ‘dirty’ living room there are still two loads of blankets to run through the dryer and I’ve resolved to make Buzz run up and take them out because honest to God I don’t have it in me to walk another step…in fact, I think I may just sleep here tonight.
