    Love your mingle.
I LOVE chocolate too! YUM. Any kind is good. But dark chocolate is yummy.
nationality–You are right. We should own up to it.
    I said I’m american.
I’m proud to be an American.
    I said it.
    🙂
I didn’t watch the Olympics either. Go me!
    Thanks for mingling!
I mingled at midnight on Sunday–I know I’m CRAZY!
    Have a great week!

I need to do my mingles on Sunday too (less distracting kids for me)!

My grandpa was the one who inspired my love of gardening too (not that I’m great at gardening yet -it’s a process).

I think people get confused with the terms ‘nationality’ versus ‘ethnicity’. I agree that your nationality has to do with where you were born/your citizenship.

Have a great week (and I keep checking in for news from schools)!

      Aren’t grandpa’s wonderful?!

I think people get confused on nationality/ethnicity too.

I’m checking the mail about ten times a day for news from schools too 😀

    Queen Bee says:

    1. Do you like to garden? What are your favorite flowers?
A: Not really. I dislike bugs. Gerbera daisies!

    2. Faves: Coke or Pepsi? Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate? Coffee or Tea?
A: Pepsi. Milk Chocolate. Hate the bitter dark stuff. Coffee wins out over sweet tea but only by a hair.

    3. What nationality(s) are you? Or what is the primary one?
A: American Mutt 🙂 Irish, Scottish, Native American (Catawban), among others. I think I may have a little black mixed in as well.

    4. Do you watch the Winter Olympics? What is your favorite sport?
A: I did not but I should have. I’d liked to have watched the snowboarders.

You can’t look gross if you tried love.

I remember living in our apartment and we were upstairs, it was most depressing as we didn’t have yard space. I hope you get to move sooner and get your space for garden.

I could never get into soda. It just burns kinda. Every once in awhile I want some fizz, I try to get some sprite or 7up.

I do agree. If you were born here, you are an American. period.

I know how busy it can get sometimes!

I do hope you hear from school and more likely more than one soon.

Enjoy the rest of the week!

Hi Amy! No coffee? Some of it is too bitter for me too, but I do love it.

I like your thoughts on being American. I really didn’t take the question like that. I guess I was thinking more heritage – what I am from the generations. I am ALL AMERICAN!!

I would be lost without a garden – I do love to plant flowers, and tend to them and watch them grow – it is so rewarding.

Oh my cats wake me up early on weekends too – it drives me nuts! Silly Jet!

Good luck with your acceptance, and have a good shower LOL

    Thanks for mingling!
