Monday Mingle – March 15, 2010

Monday Mingle

It’s Monday again which means only one thing! It’s time for Monday Mingle! If you want to get in on the mingling fun drop by Jen’s blog over at EightyMPHMom.com !

This week’s questions were:

1. If you were forced to choose between skydiving, base jumping off a skyscaper, or rock climbing, which would you choose?
2. Are you an aggressive or defensive driver?
3. Due to a sour economy the genie can only grant you ONE wish. What would it be?

Here’s the link to my chocolate blog contest too 🙂

I am with you about the skydiving and free base jumping – I wouldn’t ever do it — unless it was on the amazing race…I would hate to be eliminated for that.

A chocolate blog sounds so fun!

    Hope you get your wish!

    Have a great week!

Oh Mellisa I would totally get thrown out of the Amazing Race because I just couldn’t do it!
I do love my chocolate blog, it’s so much fun!

Hello to you from another Amy. Your accent is way cooler than mine. LOL

Happy b-day to your little brothers. 21 is a “trouble” age for sure. 😉

LOL…you’re so smart to do something terrible to avoid choosing between the 3 daredevil activities.

I wish for you to get into your “really good PHD program” too. Best of luck to you! 🙂

    Have a great week!

    I like MORE wishes too.

Good LUCK on your school thing.

    • Amy says:

Yep the boys are babies, I have eight years on them but it makes for a good sibling relationship.
NC is a BEAUTIFUL place to live, I really love it here. The only thing I’d say is to avoid Durham 😀

    1. If you were forced to choose between skydiving, base jumping off a skyscaper, or rock climbing, which would you choose?
    — Rock climbing. I’m scared of heights but in rock climbing, I’m assuming I can keep going up but never have to come back down!

    2. Are you an aggressive or defensive driver?
    — Yes. To both. LOL. Less aggressive than I use to be.

    3. Due to a sour economy the genie can only grant you ONE wish. What would it be?
    — To win the Powerball when it is in the $200M range 🙂

The Canadian chocolate was from Mink Chocolates a company up in Vancouver 🙂 Some of it was absolutely amazing, although the rosemary chocolate and I weren’t friends LOL.

I’ll have to check out Bernard! Thanks 🙂

    Happy Birthday to your Brothers!

That’s funny that you don’t want your family and friends reading your blog. LOL.

Yum. A pound of chocolate? I love chocolate. But who doesn’t?

I also would not do any of them if I had the choice. I also hate heights. Seems like most minglers here also don’t like heights.

I think we all get annoyed by other drivers rather often.

Of course more wishes. LOL. I’m sure you wont’ need a genie to get into a wonderful PhD program.

I’m totally late with visiting but I do come over! Happy belated birthday to your baby brothers!

I like that my blog is private too from family. I just want my space away from them. My BF knows but rarely visits so I totally get it.

I must go enter the chocolate goodness!

That’s why I choose rock climbing. It’s still connected to gravity. 🙂

I’m still hoping you hear good news from remaining letters! And seriously why didn’t I think about more wishes 🙂

    See you soon again!
