I am pretty sure that, besides needing time to evaluate all applicants, graduate school programs make you wait so long between application deadlines and acceptance because they want to make you think. I think sometimes people get swept up in the idea of graduate school and should they make it through the applications and get accepted in to their schools

The snow began falling yesterday afternoon around 6pm and fell intermittently throughout the night. We still have a few flurries. As long as I'm bundled up I think it's quite pretty.
