Today is the day that Queen Bee and baby bee arrive down here in Florida for a few days of...well I was going to say R&R but spinning through Walt Disney World with a  five year old is not so much R&R as it is sheer excitement and wonder that makes you wish that you were five again as well.

I always love the first snow of winter in North  Carolina. The thing about snow in North Carolina is that it never stays too long...well, with the exception of a few years ago when it never went away! But there is something magical about that first snow and this year's first snow happened on Saturday and I completely missed it!

Not only am I enjoying Florida and the approaching Christmas season but I am lucky enough to be seeing my best friend this week as well!
